Most Popular Questions

Tap water contains minerals and impurities that can leave streaks, residue, and scaling on panels. Over time, this reduces efficiency and may damage the surface. We use reverse-osmosis (RO) purified water for a spotless, streak-free clean.

Rainwater often contains dust, pollen, and pollution particles, especially in urban or semi-arid areas of South Africa. Left unchecked, this can build up on panels and reduce output. Regular professional cleaning ensures full performance.

  • RO purified water: streak-free, chemical-free
  • Drone-flown thermal inspections to detect hotspots
  • Trained, insured technicians
  • Full reporting on performance improvements

Absolutely. Removing dust, bird droppings, and grime prevents hotspots, corrosion, and shading, extending panel lifespan and maintaining efficiency.

Yes, all Corporate and Enterprise clients receive before-and-after photos, inverter performance readings, and thermal scan results. Home clients receive a basic visual report.

No, Our cleaning methods are fully manufacturer-friendly, using soft brushes and purified RO water.  We avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools, ensuring your warranty remains valid.

Chemicals can leave residue, scratch coatings, or corrode panel components. Our chemical-free RO cleaning method is completely safe for your panels and the environment, preserving both efficiency and lifespan.

Dirty panels can lose up to 30% of their energy output.  Our cleaning restores full sunlight exposure helping your solar system perform at its peak.

  • Homes: Every 3 months (quarterly) in dusty or dry areas
  • Corporate roofs: Every 2 months
  • Solar farms: Monthly or as per site conditions.  Frequency depends on local dust, pollen, and pollution levels.

Yes - all drones are flown by licensed pilots following safety protocols.  Thermal imaging identifies hotspots or faulty panels without touching the system, preventing damage.

We currently services residential, commercial, and solar farms across Gauteng, Certain areas of Mphumalanga and Limpopo and North West.  Travel fees may apply in certain areas.

We generally schedule cleaning on dry, calm days for safety and effectiveness. Rain or strong wind can make roofs unsafe and reduce the cleaning quality, so we reschedule if conditions are unsuitable.
